Barbara Horowitz
Founder and President
Barbara is responsible for the overall management of Community Works. Her responsibilities include: program selection and monitoring; initiation and development of collaborations with performing arts groups; linkages with schools and funding agencies; oversight of promotional materials, study guides and evaluation instruments; staff hiring; and fiscal management and fundraising.

Nikki Johnson
Director of Theater Programs
Nikki is responsible for creation of the seasonal calendar, contracting artists for events, and for handling everyday communication between CW and teachers/community center officers for both the Theater Connections and Theater To Go programs.

Linda Muller
Director of Workshop Programs
Linda is responsible for overall and day to day management of CW's workshop and residency programs. She plays a large role in recruitment of new artists and maintenance of current roster.

Martha Clifford
Executive Assistant
Martha reports directly to the Founder and President, Barbara Horowitz. She is responsible for maintenance of the calendar, editing of reports and PR material, and a multitude of office management tasks.
